How Can You Stop Smoking Weed ?

By Sara Clarks

Deciding to stop smoking weed is one thing, committing and succeeding is totally a different thing. I know this because I have been through it several times.

There is no shortage of good answers to the question "why quit anyway?". For me as for many others it was financial in essence. I hated it when I find that I have no more money since I spent it all on weed. I did not like either hiding stash and tools, picking up every bit on tables and on the ground whenever I have family members or friends coming to my place. So finally I decided to quit for good.

A clear mind with a body full of energy gave me a OMG moment one morning after I became clean. I suddenly found out that my previous belief that my happiness was dependant on my fix was totally false. On the contrary, I am many folds more happy now than ever.

I have experienced a great improvement in my health since I stopped smoking weed. My social life is better than ever, and I am expecting my first baby in few months. The best of all that did not added a dime to my expenses. Why most people fail to quit ? not because it is so hard, but because they are doing it the WRONG way. Just deciding to quit is not going to cut it, especially for heavy smokers. A recent research revealed that the effective substance in weed has doubled in effectiveness during the last 5 years. In other words, the weed is getting stronger with time. That is why it seems so hard to quit.

How I did it, you ask? You have to help your system to get rid of the THC faster than your craving to increase your chances of success. You need to use a detox similar to the one I have used, and THIS is the right way to do it.
