Secure a piece of your elastic and thread it on the material tube. Sew the ends on the elastic with the ends of the material. After which, sew the end of both materials together and form a ring.
When creating your own piece, ensure that the measurement are correct so as not to make it too tight. More so, do not let your baby wear headdresses that are too tight not only is it uncomfortable but it could actually be harmful as well.
